I Extracted some bacterial genome, I did treat it with RNAase (10mg/ml). After i percipitate it and run agarose gel i found out that i still have RNA in the genome. What i should do if i want to eliminate the remaining RNA in the genome without reducing or affecting the concerntration of the genome.

It is very difficult for RNA to remain after an overnight RNAase treatment. The enzyme is very robust. However it does not act efficiently in the presence of phenol, high salt, isopropanol or ethanol.
