Hello,

I can't find the step in the IgE-mediated food allergy between: when an allergen, peptide is in the gut and when an allergen is binding to an APC-cell.

How is it absorbed, by an M-cel, dendritic cell, enderocytose, phagocytose or trancytose,... ? And what happens than, does it comes right into the bloodstream or...?

Can somebody help me please?

Thanks!

I think absorption occurs as presented in this text: http://en.m.wikipedi.../Microfold_cell

Il dort. Quoique le sort fût pour lui bien étrange,
Il vivait. Il mourut quand il n'eut plus son ange;
La chose simplement d'elle-même arriva,
Comme la nuit se fait lorsque le jour s'en va.
