I'm planning a pilot study for using Coley's Toxin for use against inoperable sarcomas. 


I've identified the strain of s. pyogenes I need for the vaccine but I'm not sure which strain of serratia is optimal. It is suggested that the LPS present in S. marcescens is responsible for the benefits of using the bacterium, as well as a possible synergistic effect with the strep. It has also been suggested that a good prodigioson (pink/purple pigment) is best.


I'd appreciate any suggestions/resources on this and on making Coley's in general.
