Hi,
I wanted to know if anyone ever worked with this plasmid in building
cDNA library for expression cloning in COS7 cells?
I tried to clone in this plasmid (pCMV) the EGFP insert (~700bp)
and transfect to COS cells. I got low expression of the EGFP compared to the
expression I get when I clone EGFP to pCDNA3 vector.
Did anybody check this before?
