Has anyone tried that? My targets are quite abundant (GAPDH and 18S RNA), and I would like to use the two probes at the same time. This would save time on stripping, labelling, and I would not need to worry about radioactivity.

Is it something people do? What should the concentration of the probe be approximately? (I assume much higher than the radioactive ones.)

Thank you.
