Hello, everyone. Im a student researcher and I need help finding a little bit of data that has eluded me. I am doing my very first project on dnase and nick formation but I am unfamiliar with the units of activity.... how exactly would one microgram of lambda dna translate into nucleotides units????? The abosrbance units are also quite confusing...any help would be greatly appreciated!
