Hello dear colleagues,

I successfully isolated the platelets from PRP as proved by their positivity to CD41a (sample plot attached). None of the samples was positive for IgG or IgM, though taken from patients know to suffer immune thrombocytopenia (more than 60 samples). Would you please help me with a protocol describing the optimum antibody clone, concentration, incubation duration and incubation temperature etc...

Thank you so much.
