I would like to enter in my primers that were designed and upload my gene's fasta file. I would like the software to show where on the gene (which exons) that the designed primers hit, as well as show other primers that may be better option than the ones designed. Any website or software that does that? I need free or free trial at least. thanks in advance.

DNASTAR has excellent genomic software and I believe the do offer free trials. A great data mining website is highwire.standford.com. I prefer to use this website instead of Google when performing a search using keywords. I found this paper via Highwire and it looks like primers for exons 1-6 are listed.

Good luck!
