Hi-

I collected supernatant after transfection into 293T (vsvg, delta,my expression plasmid). The 293Ts were bright green (i have a GFP tag in my construct) 24 hrs later, but once I added the concentrated sup on my cells, the cells are not green yet--its been 24 hrs--should I worry that the infection didn't go well. I did use polybrene and did spinfection.

Or is 24 hrs too early to see the GFP signal?

Thanks!
