Hey all,

I cloned a new plasmid based on plasmid that is working very well by insertion of f1 origin. I did it for 2 different inserts. So I have same plasmid with f1 origin and 2 different proteins. One of the proteins is expressed great and other - isn't expressed at all. Sequence of both plasmids is same, they have same orientation etc.
Does someone know about influence of the f1 on protein expression?
