Hello all,

Recently I tried to align a few protein molecules based on their secondary structure (not their sequences) and to find out how their active sites arrange differently in 3D. I also like to make some mutation on their active sites to see how the mutations affect their 3D structure. I tried PDB Viewer and VWD softwares, but they are not ideal since they are more a viewer than analyzer. Do you guys have some protein 3D program to recommend?

Thanks!
