I planted to amplify a GC rich and repetitive fragment(ebna2 1480bp) from mRNA. I checked the cDNA by PCR using 200bp frament in ebna2. It is OK. I tried to denature at 98'C, add more template, use GC rich PCR kit, but they did not work at all. Does somebody have any suggestion?
