I've been looking through some gene expression databases but so far have only been able to check expression of one gene among different tissues or species or experiments. Is there a database (or preferably a search tool for multiple databases) to ask a question like: 'which gene is most or least expressed out of my ten select favorite genes in mouse liver?' I know I could go through individual microarray or RNA-seq data one experiment at a time and one gene at a time, but how do you do several genes and as many expression data sets as possible? I tried GEO, gene atlas, MGI, EBI, etc... but maybe I just haven't figured out the right search function if they have one.
