How do I culture white blood cells in vitro? Does anyone know of any science suppliers that sell white blood cells? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Natural white blood cells can be obtained through any blood bank and isolated by a number of methods depending on which wbc's you wish to culture. For lymphocyte enrichment in particular, Ficoll density gradient separation is good.
Also try the ATCC for particular white blood cells. Which are you interested in?
