Dear all,

Often I see different temperature ranges for melting curve analysis in real time pcr. Some articles stated that melting curve was made with temperatures ranging from 55 to 95ºC with 0,3 increment, other that real time was made with temperatures ranging from 60 to 95ºC with 0,5 increment.

What parameters should we consider when choosing such ranges?

Thanks!
