 I´ve already started work in cell culture, I need to optimalise HeCaT cells. I know that they are not easy-going cells,
I have to choose proper medium; what about RPMI and transfection,
which reagent is the best; kind lipide reagent, CaCL2 or dextran - I heard that the last one is the best. And the problem with 48 well-plate how to optimalise ratio between DNA and transfection reagent.
I´ll be greatful for any help.
