Hi guys
Is anyone using ExTaq to amplify a genewalking library? If so, what cycling parameters do you use? The tricky thing about this library is its:
a. dirty - all pieces have the same adaptor linked to one of their ends, so only one of the primers is actually specific, and
b. the products may be large (up to 6kb)
