Dear Expertise,

I am going to use FACS to  look for markers that point out an actual differentiation of THP-1 cells into macrophage by PMA.

I stored the cell pellets in -80 few days ago, and I am willing to look for cd14, TNFalpha and CD11b.

My question is whether the -80 storing of the cells will affect the detection of these markers or not ? if it affects, then would anyone suggest another marker that is not affected by the -80 storing.
