Hi!
I am interested in the analysis of total HIV RNA from purified T cells, but how I would know for sure that the RNA I'm analyzing is cellular but not any viral particle from plasma? During the cell isolation process (through columns), there are many lavages with PBS, and due to the lability of RNA, are those lavages enough to eliminate viral plasma particles from cellular surfaces?
thanks in advance for your feedback
