Hi I am a beginner. I have extracted dsRNA from some of the virus infected plants with previously unknown virus in it. Now I need to get the virus sequence from the dsRNA. The dsRNA are of 0.8kb and 1.0kb size on agarose gel. Can someone suggest me the best method to it. Thanks in advance.
