How to determine the number and binding activity of a kind of chemokine receptor.
There are polymorphisms in this receptor gene. And I want to know what effect they has on the receptor, altering its number on the cell surface(through reducing expression or obstruct its intracelluar traffic), or affecting its ligand binding activity.
