Hi people,

since we dont swim in money we can´t perform a whole genome bisulfite sequencing but still need high resolution, genome wide (hydroxy)methylom data of our samples. Therefor i was thinking about to perfom a Medip/hmedip prior the oxidative bisulfite sequencing in order to reduce the complexity of our sample and reduce sequencing costs. Any concernes about this idea? So far i didnt found literature about the combination of these to methods (because it will not work maybe ;) ?)

Thanks for advices.
