the precipitate on DEPC-H2O bottle

Can anyone tell me how to remove the precipitates that stuck to the bottle after I made DEPC-H2O?  What is it anyway?  Thanks a lot.

i think, you keep DEPC-water in amber bottle and autoclaved 2-3 times to completely remove the DEPC.
