Ah, ok... here's how the homework section works:

You post a question, and some evidence that you have tried to answer it, and then people help you expand/correct the answer.  This way you learn something rather than have us regurgitate answers for everyone all day long.

 

So waht makes a cell immortal?  What makes a cell oncogenic?  Do these things overlap?
