Hi all,

I was hoping someone might be able to answer a question I have. I will be characterizing human DCs from whole blood by flow and I want to know what is the best marker to put my compensation fluorochromes on? I want a marker that will be equal or above the expression it will have in the test samples. Previously when working with T cells, I used Cd45 FITC, CD45 PE, CD45 APC etc.

Does anyone know what the DC equivalent would be - CD11c?

Any help would be appreciated

Many thanks
