Help needed!!
Who knows how to digest DNA eluted from phages with the Qiagen Lambda Midi kit?? All restriction enzymes I used, did not digest the eluted DNA!

Hi.-
May be your DNA is not CLEAN!!!!!!
If your DNA contain SDS or an other detergent, the enzymes not work!!
Resuspend the DNA in TE buffer and centrifugue in COLD (-4ºC), by precipitate SDS.
