Hello! Has anyone checked the presence of glucocerebrosidase, a ubiquitous lysosomal enzyme, in rat embryonic ventral mesencephalic primary culture cells? I think the enzymes are present in all types of the cells such as gabaergic neurons, serotonergic neurons and astrocytic cells in rat embryonic ventral mesencephalic primary culture cells as it is a ubiquitous enzyme, but wondering if anyone has actually confirmed it? Many thanks.
