Hello everybody!

Does somebody work with TGFbRII inhibitors? I am trying to perform an experiment inhibiting this receptor in an oocyte culture. Sadly, the antibody we have it was designed for the cytoplasmic domain of this receptor, so is not an option. In a nutshell:

- Do you know any protocol that allows me to use this antibody (against cytoplasmic domain) in culture? It might be a 24 hour culture.

-Do you know any cheap and good inhibitor for this pathway? It must be lipophilic since microninjection is not possible for me.

-Do you know something about Nicousamide? and if it is possible to get it?

Thank you very much in advance!

Angie
