It would be great if we could increase the permitted file upload size. Many documents exceed the existing 2.93 Mb limit. Something more like 20 Mb would cover almost all papers.

and the handbooks from ge life sciences (most now are ~10MB).

Are you referring to the size of attachments for PM? Now the size limit has been increased to 10M. The only concern is that large files uploaded to the server make data backup very chanllenging.

Isn't it possible to delete the attachments of pms after a certain time? most are quite special paper only interesting to a few. Stuff of general and long time interest is usually in threads as far as I know.
