is there any one have cultured the zooxanthellae before? i am now trying to culture this algae but failed to maintain its shape. But i dont know how to deal with it. could you give me some advises? Thank you .

there are so many species and life habits (e.g. symbiotic or free living?), you have to be more specific...and did you do a literature search already? a simple google search gives several hits....
