I remember reading about a polyclonal anti-GFP antibody, that will interact with EGFP as well. Maybe it was from Clonetech or something of the BD group...?

Santa Cruz biologicals is a good company to work with- they have some pretty unusual stuff in their collection that other companies do not have.
