Has anyone ever done a sandwich ELISA with human LL37 peptide?

LL37 is a cathionic peptide and sticks to anything in the wells, which makes it impossible to get a specific signal.

I have tried alot of different blockers and incubation buffers like BSA,FBS, Gelatine, Water, different detergents and so on, but nothing helps.

Anyone got any idea?
