Hello,
I would like to label some DNA wth Biotin by PCR. I can buy two kind of Biotin labeled dUTP nucleotides: Bio-11-dUTP and Bio-16-dUTP. Which one do I need?
Thanks,
Theo

Either is fine. The -16 has a slightly longer linker, which may make it a bit easier to bind in some downstream applications. It probably does not matter.
Don't forget you need to use Taq or a Taq + Pfu like mixture for PCR to incorporate the dUTP.
