Hey, everyone!  I'm curious as to the distribution of plasmid sizes that people are working with on a routine basis when performing site-directed mutagenesis and if you're attempting large indels that require subcloning.

 

If you wouldn't mind taking 15 seconds to fill out the poll, that would be great.
