Hello Everyone,

I am having trouble keep my sheep bone sections from falling off the slides after HIER with a Tris-EDTA pH 9 buffer solution. The protocol we are using requires 125C for 10Min in order for the stain to work. Any suggestions or anyone that is having similar issues please let me know.

Thank you,

-Moe

ps. We are unable to use Citrate buffer because the protocol calls for EDTA.
