Hi all,

I tried looking up papers that used MOPSO as a biological buffer but most seem to use it as a final reagent for cell free extracts, dialysis and HPLC not for use during cell culturing. Does anybody have experience using MOPSO in their cell culture media? I need a buffer that buffers well at pH 6.3-7.4 at 37 degrees that doesn't form free radicals (thus excluding HEPES and PIPES). MOPSO is similar to MOPS ( maximal concentration 20 mM) I think that's a good place to start. Thanks for any advice!
