I have recieved a construct of my entire gene of interest in a vector and I would like to create a new construct of just the cDNA removing the introns.

The whole gene is over 20Kb so very big for trying to do anything with. It has 14 introns, one big one that is over 10Kb and the rest are fairly small with most being under 100 bases.

Does anybody have a good strategy for doing this? Any help appreciated.

I would order the gene from a synthesis provider such as Genscript. Easier, faster, more reliable, arguably cheaper.
