I start from total cellular RNA and want to purify fragments under 125 ntd. The column I choose is referenced as Centricon YM-50 50kDa 8/Pk.
I have two questions; 1 what is the maximum weight alllowed to charge on this columns and 2 is it possible after the first elution, to rinse column in order to make a second load?

What about using more than one centricon for you assay?... Test different conditions with it or use ane altenative protocol...
