just use the one that sigma provides with the product.

Hello!

I have raised antibodies in rabbits against a peptide. To purify the antibody, I should couple the peptide to CNBr-activated sepharose. Does anybody have a detailed protocol for the coupling reaction?

go to sigma website and do a search for C9142 CNBr-activated agarose. they have a great product information sheet!!
