Hi everyone,

We have some renal biopsies of rats in a toxicologic pathology test, and we found cysts and abnormal tubulars in the kidneys. After 30 days, 4 out of 10 cases of the medication group showed this kind of disease, while there was no significant change observed in control group.

I've never worked with rats. The big question is the abnormal tubular. If anyone could help me out and tell me what is causing the tissue to have lesions in it I'd greatly appreciate it!

Thanks in advance.
