Hi, Thanks for thinking about my question.  I want to spot a ssDNA probe on a glass surface.  The recipe I am using says to dilute the probe in a "phosphate buffer" and then spot it on.  That's all they say. What phosphate buffer, what strength and pH should I use? Let me know. Thanks! FreddieP
