Hi Everyone,

I am doing some e.coli attachment test with steel samples. I incubate my steel samples for about 12 hours in a e.coli inoculated medium. After 12 hours I want to measure follow things:

1) EPS produced by bacteria in plantonik state i.e. in the medium.

2) EPS produced by bacteria in sessile state i.e. on the metal coupons.

Does anybody know any straight forward method of EPS measurement. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks
