Theoretically, I'm referring to genes no plasmids. Is it feasible to develop a BAC with a promoter+gene, promoter+gene, promoter+gene, etc and have them express in a single cell? I know when they were trying to determine genes for induced pluoripotent stem cells they transfected several genes at once. I was just curious of the methods and the limitations. Thanks in advance.
