Hi, I would like to know, how can I obtained ONE specific miRNA from isolate (from serum). I want hybridized just one specific miRNA (this step is not problem), but after that I need this hybridized miRNA (dsRNA) transfer to another solution and obtain just miRNA (without second strand of hybrid).
I will be grateful for any comments
Thank you

You may do some kind of pulldown using biotinylated probe. Just curious, why do you want to do that?
