Hi there,

Does anybody know any research paper/ literature which talks about the total amount of soluble proteins in the yeast (S.cerevisae, C.albicans etc.). I know the total protein amount in each yeast cell is ~50 picogram but I want to know the amount of soluble proteins (at least the theoretical number). I would greatly appreciate any reply.
