I' need to do quite a few Q-PCR reactions and to save time now and for future projects with this cohort I want to make some cDNA dry down plates. I know it is common practise with DNA to do this but I'm not sure how well SS cDNA will survive in both the short (2-3 days) and long term months in a freezer.
Any tips advice or experience would be greatly apprecitated.
