Hi All,

I've been working on some experiments in HL-60 cells. Surprisingly, I tried using tubulin as a loading control for my immunoblots, and nothing was detected! (However it works fine in other cell types run on the same blot.) Actin seems to work fine, thus finding a loading control is not the issue. I'm wondering if anyone else has observed this, and what reason(s) might help to answer the case of missing tubulin.

Thanks!
