Hi!
I am having real trouble with bisulfite pcr at the moment, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on bisulfite pcr primer design (not methylation specific pcr, but pcr to amplify any bisulfite modified dna- to be sequenced later).

Can you make your question more specific? Have you ever use the online primer design program for designing bisulfie genomic sequencing PCR primers at http://www.ucsf.edu/urogene/methprimer ?
