Hi, did anyone digest the genomic DNA using BglII restriction enzyme or DpnII? When you run the products on the gel which fragment(s) we have to see? I just saw one ~200-100 bp compact, very brigth band. I did not see any smear. Is my digestion sucesfull or not?
