Hi....I am new in yeast genetics. I am trying to clone and express a Rhizopus gene/ protein into my host yeast strain. I was just wondering if anyone could help me guiding a bit? That includes what vector system I should use/ available in market, how do I design my experiment. I want to integrate my gene of interest into yeast genome and like to have a stable expression of it (basically engineer my host strain genetically), not just cloning the gene in an inducible expression system from screening purpose. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
